Configuration Item lookup field shows empty tableIssue Configuration Item Reference field on Incident shows No records to display.CauseAs per the Dictionary Configuration of the Configuration Item field in the Incident table, the field has a dependent value of 'Company'. The issue is faced only for incidents with a specific company set in the Requestor's profile. The company is currently set as Active=False. Due to this while trying to lookup the Configuration Item field, the system looks for the CI's associated with the inactive company, which returns no records in the table.ResolutionNeed to review the Inactive Company and all the data and User's profile associated with the Company.
