Assignment group not getting populated correctly on incidents through Assignment RulesIssue There is a problem with the pre-built Assignment rules, where the assignment group is not being populated as anticipated, based on the conditions specified in the rule.CauseThe customer is attempting to obtain the assignment group values when changes are made to an incident but not yet saved. However, assignment rules are not assessed for unsaved changes. Instead, the system will evaluate Assignment Lookup rules to determine the appropriate assignment group value.
