Reference fields not rendering properly in Orlando Description Problem rendering reference fields. The reference field doesn't expand to its full width.

Steps to Reproduce

Login to the instance Go to Service portal Open any form that has with the reference fields Select a value in the reference fields Notice that the reference field doesn't appear in full Workaround This behavior could not be reproduced on OOB instances. It could be due to a customisation or a missed upgrade on a particular instance, or a not fully known or documented design. If you are experiencing this problem, contact ServiceNow Technical Support .

The issue occurs because of the custom CSS on the portal. The customized CSS can be in the Widget and/or page and/or Portal theme. Revert the CSS to OOB, or make changes to the custom CSS in order to make the reference field appear correctly.
