Vulnerability Group Mark As False Positive Error - Support and Troubleshooting

Vulnerability Group Mark As False Positive Error Issue When the user clicks the UI action on a vulnerability group to "Mark as False Positive", the error message appears: "There are no approvers configured to approve this request. Contact your system administrator."

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Vulnerability Response > Vulnerability Groups > All

2. Click into a record in the "Open" state

3. Click the UI Action: "Mark as False Positive"

Cause There are no group members within the "False Positive Approver" group.

Resolution Navigate to the "False Positive Approver" group and assign a member with the steps:

1. Navigate to User Administration > Groups

2. Search on name: False Positive Approver

3. Click into the record and add a group member with the slushbucket
