Opening the Database View 'Info' icon displays a blank screen


Description

When creating a database view, upon clicking on the 'Info' icon to open the record you might face a blank screen.


Cause

The corresponding Database View form is not configured. 

Resolution

  1. Open a record from the database view
  2. Navigate to the hamburger menu and select "Form Layout" (see attached). There you will see all of the fields belonging to this DBView.
  3. Select the desired fields and save the form.
