Multiple worknote entries gets updates with same content in Major IncidentsIssue When the system property 'sn_major_inc_mgmt.major_incident_management_group' is enabled, and an incident is promoted to major incident, multiple updates with same content is observed in the journal entries. This in turn triggers the same notification more than once. The issue can be reproduced using the steps below : 1. In OOB Madrid instance, activate the 'Incident Management - Major Incident Management' plugin and load demo data2. Update system property 'sn_major_inc_mgmt.major_incident_management_group' with sys_id of 'Major Incident Management' group3. Navigate to Incident->Major Incidents-> Candidates4. select an Incident from list5. Right click on header of record to get context menu and select 'Promote Major Incident'6. View history. You will see duplicate 'Major incident state' updates from 'Proposed' to 'Accepted'. ReleaseMadrid and NewyorkCauseThis is a known issue reported in Madrid and Newyork. It is caused by the Major Incident Trigger rules of Major Incident Management application. It has tracked under PRB1380653. ResolutionCurrently there is no workaround for this behavior. However, the PRB1380653 has been fixed in Paris version.
