Agent Workspace - Timeline ribbon is not showing color for the Case recordsIssue The timeline component displays a chronological summary of case activities, including case state changes and interactions between the fulfiller (typically the agent) and the requester (typically the customer). It also shows how much time the fulfiller and requester spent on the case. However, some cases it would just show as a grey colour. CauseThe colours on the timeline show different states of cases (New, Open, etc). These are from "Audit" events in the activity stream. The impacted user didn't have 'State' selected in the filter in the activity stream's funnel icon.
