Unable to change the order for the topics shown in "See all topics" Description There is no way to change the order of topics displayed on 'See all Topics' in virtual agent.

Steps to Reproduce

On an instance that has Virtual agent and ITSM Virtual agent conversation plugins installed:

Go to Virtual Agent > Designer (conversation-builder.do#/) Make sure some topics are active and published. Select Run all Topics See that clicking on 'See all topics' shows the list of topics. The order that the topics are displayed is neither alphabetically or by 'updated' or 'created'. There is no way to change the order of this topic. Workaround This is expected behavior and by design in the current releases.
