Description

Issue Description:
"No Preview Available" for reference field preview pop up window if a dot-walking field is added to the first position of the lookup list layout.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as admin.
2. Click to open any incident record.
3. Click the Lookup list of Configuration Item field.
4. Select "Configure -> List Layout" on the column menu of the popup list view.
5. Add "Company.Name" to the first position.
6. Save.
7. Click the Lookup list of Configuration Item field again.
8. Select a Configuration Item record.
9. Click the "i" icon to preview the record.

Expected behavior
The Configuration Item record should be showing in the popup window.
Actual behavior
"No Preview Available" in the popup window.
