DiscoveryReconciler script include calls GlideappCMDBSoftwareHelper, which checks to see if SAM plugin is installed (com.snc.sams or com.snc.software_asset_management). If it is, it initializes the target table to "cmdb_sam_sw_install". Else, it reconciles the "cmdb_ci_spkg" table."Sync Installed Software" Business and "Sync Installed Software" Pattern Pre/Post steps.SCCM Import. If SAM is installed, then a Transform map is used to target "cmdb_sam_sw_install". Else, the Transform Map will target "cmdb_ci_spkg".
