Condition is missing in the Topic block Description Build information: OOB Paris / Orlando Instance

Issue Description: Condition should be there in the Topic Block

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to OOB Paris / Orlando instance 2. Go to Collaboration > Designer 3. Go to Topics - "Provide Virtual Agent Feedback" 4. Click on "Edit Topic Flow" 5. Click on "Survey topic block"

We can see that the condition is missing in the Topic Block.

Expected behavior: Condition should be there in the Topic Block.

Actual behavior: Condition is missing in the Topic Block.
