IncomingNavigating to the incoming page through the 'Incoming' menu item provides a view of all data changes within Sweagle. Depending on your security rights, you might be able to see all changes, see/edit changes, or only have access to that which you are allowed. Definition Changeset: A changeset is a set of changes that should be treated as an indivisible group (i.e. an atomic package). Initially, you are presented with 'My Changesets', which is the list of changesets opened by yourself and which are either still open (NEW) or which you already approved. Note that data change sets in which you only contributed will NOT show up in this list, only changesets created by you. You can also navigate to All Changesets or Open / New Changesets. All Changesets: Provides the full listing of the last 300 data change sets. Note that this list is sorted chronologically by status. You will first see all the data Changesets in status Open/New, and then all data changesets chronologically with status APPROVED. Open / New Changesets: Will list all open changes which haven't been approved/deleted yet. You will see all the data Changesets which you have permission to see. They will be displayed in chronological order. Title: is a unique short name for the data changeset. This is a mandatory field. Status: New: An open changeset which you scope into to add changes.Approved: An approved changeset which can no longer be edited or deleted.Blocked: A changeset which has changes which need to be reviewed as it contains changes which are in conflict with edits/additions to another changeset which has already been approved. Description: The description which was entered (or left empty) when creating the data changeset. CDI changes: The CDI (configuration data item) field provides information on how many changes included in the data changeset. +2 (5) -3 means that there are 2 new CDIs created, (5) means that there are 5 CDIs for which the value was updated, and -3 means that 3 CDIs were removed from the data model. Note that this information is only available for approved data change sets. Created: The date & time in which the changeset was created. With Blocking Changes: Validity status: This toggle button allows filtering the list by validity status – it toggles the view to show valid data changesets only, to blocked only and to all validity status. Toggle set to blocked: Toggle set to valid: Changes can be opened or deleted in mass by scrolling to the base of the page: Delete: choosing delete gives the option of deleting multiple changesets: You can delete on a date range. Note that it will delete all changesets up to and including the date selected (end of day UCT timezone). By default, the delete option will allow removing "empty" data changesets only. Ensure the toggle for content is enabled if you wish to delete also changesets containing actually changes. Note: Note that there is NO undo possible - a deleted changeset cannot be recovered.
