Steps to Reproduce

On OOB Paris:

1) Login as maint/admin, create a new breakdown source: Fact table - sc_cat_item Field: sys_id Leave all other fielda to be default, save

2) Navigate to sc_req_item.list, click on New button at the top of the list, click Save withtout filling any fields; 3) Navigate to dashboard, create an empty dashboard, add breakdown source created in 1) as one filter; 4) Navigate to creaed dashboard, in breakdown filter dropdown choose 1 or 2 arbitary elements and apply them; 5) Refresh dashboard.

Notice that dashboard is not loading, page is blank, see screenshot for JS errors. For NY- releases, dashboard can be loaded, but element pick is not responding.

Workaround Remove the record that doesn't have a display value or give the record a display value
