Discovery credentials are trying to login to the devices which are mentioned in excluded listIssue We have following IPs where we are getting failed attempts from discovery credentials to login. These IPs comes in "Q9 - Server Management" Discovery Range Set from discovery schedule"Q9". Customer tried excluded these IPs by trying both types to exclude "IP Address List" & "IP Address Range". But still somehow discovery credentials are trying to logging in to these IPs. 10.11.254.xx 10.11.254.xx 10.11.254.xx 10.11.254.xx 10.11.254.xx 10.11.254.xx 10.11.254.xx 10.11.254.xx 10.11.254.xx Steps Reproduce:- Open Discovery ScheduleSearch for the specific scheduleOpen the Schedule DiscoveryGo to the Discovery Range SetOpen IP network from the Range setSelect any of the range set to see the list of exclude IP's Now Run the discovery of the schedule.Make sure that no other discovery is active until this discovery schedule completes.Note down the start time and end time of the discovery status.Check the ECC Queue during this time.CauseAs investigated the issue, it has been observed customer has different IP ranges for the schedule defined. Below the description of different IP ranges for the schedule. It has been observed that they have excluded from one IP ranges but forgot to remove this same from different subnet which also responsible for IP scanning with this same range as mentioned above. Below screenshots for reference. Discovery IP Exclude range:- Different Discovery schedule with the IP Ranges:- ResolutionThe IP Range is a /16 subnet, which also includes 10.11.254.x. We need to exclude the IP Address from this range-set as well to have them not to scan. This is the reason it was still scanning where it mentioned in other Schedule Range. So need to properly identify which subnet range the exclusion IP's belongs to and accordingly need to exclude them from the range. It could be possible that there are multiple IP ranges the same excluded IP can belongs to as per the customer requirements.
