Login to the Production instance.Navigate to Subscription Management, Click on Subscriptions.Open the subscription record available under subscription Management ModuleNavigate to “Subscription Applications” Tab.Under Subscription Applications, click on on the related Product.Under related plugins Tab, Search for the desired plugin which customer want to install and their status being (Active/ inactive).if the plugin is in inactive state, customer is entitled to it and they can activate it by clicking on Activate/ repair within the instance or If they get an error while installing the plugin, they can submit a Plugin Activation request through the Service Catalog in Hi Portal If the plugins referenced are in the subscriptions listed in the production instance, they are part of the product in the contract.
