Autoclose BR not working on some instancesIssue Autoclose Business rule not workingReleaseALLCauseduplicate BR with the same name "incident autoclose"ResolutionThe reason it was not working on some instances is because there was a duplicate "incident autoclose" BR and since the schedule job looks up the BR based on the name, from time to time it will execute the duplicate one. Changing the name of the non-OOB BR resolved the issue. Please Note: Setting the BR to active false will not work as we check the active false after we have looked up the BR, so need to change the name of the BR or delete the BR.
