MID Server forms won't submit with "The following mandatory fields are not filled in: Reverse MID User, Reverse MID IP, Reverse MID Port"DescriptionMID Server forms won't submit with "The following mandatory fields are not filled in: Reverse MID User, Reverse MID IP, Reverse MID Port" displayed in a red banner at the top of the form. You will only see this if the On-Premise Topology [com.snc.onpremise] plugin is installed, either because your instance is On-Premise, or was and is now migrated to the datacenter. That plugin adds fields which are set Mandatory in the dictionary. That fact overrides the UI policy for making the fields read only if they are empty. If the MID Server record pre-dates the adding of these fields (Geneva), then they will not have the default values set in the dictionary for the fields, and still be empty. This will prevent submitting the form, which includes clicking on any UI actions such as Grab logs, Restart, etc. Steps to Reproduce Install an on-premise instance on a version earlier than Geneva (or at least install On-Premise Topology plugin)Install a MID ServerUpgrade to Geneva or later Note that the MID Server forms can't be submitted because 3 Reverse MID are empty, even though Reverse MID is unticked.WorkaroundAfter carefully considering the severity and frequency of this problem, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases. We do not make these decisions lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience. To repair the records so you avoid the problem, for each MID Server in each instance: Open a list of MID Servers, and temporarily personalize the list layout to add the following columns:where the fields are currently empty, fill in the 3 fields with the default values: Reverse MID User = AdministratorReverse MID IP = 0.0.0.0Reverse MID Port = 22 Related Problem: PRB1418631
