Following a record dispears in Connect when logging back into the instanceIssue Following a Incident, it will show up in the Connect Bar on the left. After logging out and logging back in, that record that was followed disappears. Unfollowing and following again will display the item at the top again but this does not seem like the best option. NOTE: The only way this issue can be reproduced when there are more than 25 conversations in the Connect barReleaseConfirmed in New York and OrlandoCauseThis is expected behavior of Connect Chat with following records. Starting in New York, it was introduced to limit the number of Connect records are loaded at one time which is hardcoded to 25. This was implemented to improve performance by limiting the amount of records that need to load. ResolutionIf you require more records to load, scrolling down to the bottom of the list will load the rest of the connect conversations.
