Steps to Reproduce

Need to activate "Glide Virtual Agent" Plugin

1. Log in as admin. 2. Go to "Collaboration -> Designer". 3. Add a new Topic "Test Add Image" 4. Save the record and Edit Topic Flow. 5. Add User Input "Image Picker" to the Flow. 6. Save the Flow. 7. Active the Topic and publish it. 8. Enable Chat function on Now/Agent Mobile App. 9. Access the Virtual Agent Chant on Mobile App. 10. Click "See all topics". 11. Select "Test Add Image" Topic. 12. Take a photo and upload it. 13. The image can be uploaded successfully. 14. Set the system property "glide.attachment.extensions" to "doc,docx,xls,xlsx,jpeg,jpg,png,ppt,pptx,pdf,txt,zip,msg,csv,vsdx,svg,eml,7z". 15. Log out and log in again on Mobile App. 16. Repeat step steps 10~12.

Expected behavior The image should be uploaded successfully. Actual behavior The image cannot be uploaded.
