Instance Override fails while installing Virtual Agent Messaging for Microsoft Teams Issue When customer tries to connect instance to Microsoft Teams via Virtual Agent for Messaging Apps integration - they face error as in screenshot below. Same error also comes when customer has this setup on one instance and they try to associate the same MS teams tenant with another instance. The override button would fail in that scenario with the same screenshot Steps followed would be: 1. On <instance>.service-now.com2. Click on "Collaboration -> Virtual Agent -> Messaging Apps Integration"3. For Microsoft Teams, click "Install"4. Must be logged into the correct Microsoft Tenant 5. Click Override when prompted about the conflict On further troubleshooting, we would see following error message in logs: 2020-07-29 05:00:03 (385) Default-thread-15 0FC3236D1B529450D17CFEEE034BCBF4 txid=5f74e7291b92 SEVERE *** ERROR *** *** Script: virtual agent install error : Post mapping to datacenter failed CauseIt turns out that this was issue on ServiceNow datacenter side. During the installation process, ServiceNow tests installation process cyclically to see if everything is working fine from proxy end, but there was a momentary issue on DC (datacenter) side.ResolutionThe issue has been resolved on datacenter side, therefore no further action is required from us.
