Group By filter URL does not handle ampersands (&) correctly Description If you use the "Group By option in a list and one of the values that is getting grouped contains an ampersand (&) then the URL for that grouping's header will not correctly handle the ampersand so that when the header is clicked it will truncate the filter right up to the ampersand.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a case form.

2. Right click "Category" and choose "Personalize Choices".

3. Type "Facilities & Maintenance" into the "Enter new item" field and hit the Add button.

4. Create two new cases with the new category just added.

5. Go to Incident > Open.

6. Right click the Category header and choose "Group By Category".

7. Click on the text "Category: Facilities & Maintenance". Note that the breadcrumbs show the filter was truncated at "Facilities".

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
