Export PDF in Hebrew missing export detail information labels at the top of the page Description The export details labels and values (Report title, group by, Query condition, etc.) at the top of the page are missing when exporting PDF in Hebrew.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Activate the Hebrew plugin com.snc.i18n.hebrew 2. Go to the OOB report 'All Conflicted Changes' /sys_report_template.do?jvar_report_id=422610c1c38102002ba7e219cdba8fa3 3. Check the 'Display data table' checkbox 4. Click on Save to save the report 5. Change the instance language to Hebrew 6. Reload the report page so to show it in Hebrew 7. Export the report to PDF

The export details labels and values (Report title, group by, Query condition, etc.) at the top of the page are not shown.
