AWS delivers the CUR manifest file using the path structure //yyyymmdd-yyyymmdd/-Manifest.json. Any mismatch in the prefix or report name — including incorrect casing or extra characters — causes AWSBillingManifestFileDownloader to fail to locate the manifest file. Note the exact S3 bucket name, report prefix, and report name — including casing and any special characters. In ServiceNow, navigate to the Cloud Insights billing job configuration.Set the report_prefix field to exactly match the S3 bucket name and report prefix recorded in step 1. The value must match character for character.Save the configuration and retry the billing data download. Confirm that the IAM credentials or role used by ServiceNow have the required S3 read permissions (s3:GetObject, s3:ListBucket) on the billing bucket. Also confirm that the AWS CUR report has generated at least one delivery — this can take up to 24 hours after initial setup.
