Business rules with a message notification in mobile app does not render html tags but prints them as plain text Description When a business rule with a message gets executed, the mobile app does not render the html tags, but prints them as plain text, which are added by the TinyMCE Editor.

A hyperlink also renders as standard text instead of showing the usable anchor tag.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any work order task. 2. Click on the Edit button from the top menu action. 3. Change Description and Short Description. 4. Submit and observe that a paragraph tag( ) is displayed in the success message.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to address this issue as a future product enhancement.

The issue only affects mobile and does not occur on the standard platform.
