WCAG AA- button not enabled with both "enter" and "spacebar" Description A button should be enabled with both spacebar and enter.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Pattern Designer from the navigation menu. 2. Click on Discovery patterns. 3. Go to personalise list button.

When clicked on personalise list button using spacebar, the page gets scrolled.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
