Release All Releases

Cause Accessibility settings might have been enabled.

Navigate to User Administration > User Preferences. Click the gear icon ( ) in the banner frame to open the System Settings window. From the General tab, select the Accessibility enabled option. Accessible tooltips on forms is enabled automatically the first time you enable accessibility mode.

Resolution You can go to the system settings and disable the accessibility settings that were enabled.
