Empty label in the data table is not properly translated in Hebrew or Arabic PDF Description Empty labels in the data table is not properly translated in the PDF report generation for right-to-left languages like Hebrew, Arabic. This translation issue was not occurring in New York. Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the Hebrew language I18N translations plugin. 2. Create a donut report. Table : Incident, Type : Donut, Group by : Assignment group, Check radio button Display data table. 3. Change the language to 'Hebrew'. 4. Export PDF of the report. Observe the empty label in PDF shows as (), however the Report designer properly shows the translated value for empty occurrences.
