Old MID user seem to be updating the cmdb_ci_vm_instance becasuse Capi sensor not correctly updating the updated_by field on the table cmdb_ci_vm_instance Description When updating cmdb_ci_vm_instance records Cloud Discovery updates sys_updated_on but not sys_updated_by, leaving incorrect and misleading update history.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a new MID Server with a new user and grant the needed roles. Discover an Azure cloud Change the MID Server login user to a different user. Check CIs restultant, and it appears the old mid server user is still updating the records, as the updated_by field retains the previous user value. Workaround This problem is currently under review.
