Remove duplicate items from the payload"} The pattern is abandoned because the input payload contains multiple Virtual Machine Object records that share the same value in the Name field. The Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) cannot distinguish between them using the Name field alone. This gives the IRE a unique key to distinguish records. In the ServiceNow instance, navigate to CI Class Manager using the application navigator filter.Search for and select Virtual Machine Object (cmdb_ci_vm_object).Select the Identification Rule tab.In the Identifier Entries section, select New to add a new entry.Set the Field to Object ID (object_id).Assign an appropriate Priority value (lower number = higher priority). Set this entry to a higher priority than the Name entry to ensure Object ID is evaluated first.Save the identifier entry.Re-run the AWS Resource Inventory pattern and verify the error no longer appears.
