When attaching knowledge article to Incident, only the number and description is displayed, not the URLIssue While attaching knowledge article to an Incident through contextual search, the number and short description are added to the Additional Comments field. However the full URL is missing. CauseThere's a property called glide.ui.security.allow_codetag which needs to be set to true. If it's false it can't create the full URL and will default to the number and short description.ResolutionLook up the property glide.ui.security.allow_codetag and ensure it is set to true.
