Steps to Reproduce

List Menu: 1. Create custom guided tour on $pa_dashboard.do 2. In guided tour designer (GTD) add steps in the tour to go to an incident or change list 3. Add callout onto the Priority column options menu as 'Click' action. 4. Right-click menu to hold menu in place, then add callout onto 'Group by Priority' in the menu. 5. Update the step in the step sidebar.

Expected behavior The "Trigger next Step on click" and "Trigger next Step on right click" should be available since the "Group by Priority" menu is clickable. Actual behavior Only "Trigger next stop on next button" is available.

Form Menu: 1. Create custom guided tour on $pa_dashboard.do 2. In guided tour designer (GTD) add steps in the tour to create a new incident 3. After all mandatory fields are completed, add callout onto Additional actions menu as 'Click' action. 4. Right-click menu to hold menu in place, then add callout onto 'Save' in the menu. 5. Update the step in the step sidebar.

Expected behavior The "Trigger next Step on click" and "Trigger next Step on right click" should be available since the "Save" menu is clickable. Actual behavior Only "Trigger next stop on next button" is available.
