Not able to link Inactive Incidents(Closed) to Problem recordIssue We are trying to link inactive incidents(closed) from problem management module through related list in problem record but we are not able to do so for non- admin (ITIL)users but it is working fine for vice-versa.ReleaseOrlando Patch 3CauseOOB ACL is restricting the (non -admin) ITIL users to add the closed incidents to the Problem ticket, Hence the (non-admin) ITIL user not able to add the closed incidents.
