The keyboard focus on the service catalog button 'Order Now' is not visible at all Description When tabbing to "Order Now" button in service catalog item page, the keyboard focus is not visible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Accessibility. 2. Navigate to Service Catalog > Hardware > Apple iPhone7. 3. Tab to the 'Order Now' button using the keyboard. Notice the keyboard focus on the button is not visible at all.
