Agent Workspace: Records incorrectly appearing as subordinates to other recordsDescriptionWhen a user creates a new Incident in Agent Workspace and immediately creates a catalog item request without closing the previous incident and clicks on 'View Details', the tab is opening as a child tab under the previously created incident.Steps to Reproduce -- Go to OOB Newyork/Orlando instance-- Go to sn_aw_new_menu_item.list / New Record Menu module-- Create a new record for Incident and Catalog ItemEx: Table: incidentWorkspace settings: Agent Workspace-- Now navigate to Agent Workspace Home-- Click on + on the home page and select Incident-- Fill the required details as prompted and save (do not close the tab)-- Now again click on + and select catalog item-- Select a catalog item and submit a request-- From the confirmation page, click on View Details-- Observe that the Request record opens as a child tab to Incident created earlier.WorkaroundThis issue has been fixed.
