Focus order when using the keyboard to open the side panel is illogical Description When opening side panel on dashboards using the keyboard, the focus of the cursor moves to the main dashboard frame without entering the panel.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Performance Analyics > Dashboards. 2. Open any dashboard. 3. Using the keyboard, tab over one of the icons in the top right corner that open the sidepanel. 4. Tab again after the side panel slides open.
