The tabs in dashboard sharing panel do not have all the required markup attributes Description Tabs that group different types of access for dashboards in the dashboard sharing panel do not have all the required attributes for assistive technologies to easily understand.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Dashboards. 2. Open the sharing panel by clicking on the sharing icon on the top right hand corner. 3. Inspect the markup for the tabs: All, Groups, Users, Roles.
