Change the scope to "Human Resources: Core"5. Create a new list category from Agent Workspace > Lists with the following:Title: anything, e.g HR Cases - HR scopeOrder: 1006. Under the workspace list category record from step 5, under the Workspace Lists related list, click New and add the following details:List name: anythingTable: sn_hr_core_caseConditions: Active is True AND Assigned to is Dynamic (Me)7. Create a new HR case record from sn_hr_core_case table (details can be anything)8. From the HR record created in step 7, change the Assignment group to the test group created in step 2 and the Assigned to, populate with the test user created in step 39. Impersonate the test user from step 3 and open agent workspace then click on the Lists menu and noticed the workspace list category created in step 5 is not displayed10. Repeat steps 5 - 6 under the "ITSM Workspace" scope11.
