Reconciliation would only run on installations that has Normalized Product, Normalized Product set. > Check if there are any skipped files with respect to SAM. In one of the use case, SAMPublisherCalculator script include is skipped which is used by the reconciliation engine and hence the reconciliation is not adding the product results. So revert the customizations with respect to SAM and running reconciliation would fix the issue.
