Report not showing timeline on the bottom in Now/Agent app - Support and Troubleshooting

Report not showing timeline on the bottom in Now/Agent app Issue When adding a chart report onto the Applet Launcher screen, it does not show the X-axis or legend. This is on both iOS and Android.

This is working as designed.

Resolution To see the detailed chart, a chart applet is required and added to the chart preview "Jump to Screen".

1. Create a Chart Applet

2. Create a Function which is

- Type: "Navigation"

- Destination Type: "Screen",

- Destination Screen: the chart applet created in step 1

3. In the Chart Previews - Chart, set the "Jump to Screen" as the function which you created in step 2
