Discovery not setting value of CPU core count, CPU count, Disk space (GB),OS Domain fields on the CI Record. Issue In the new Orlando pattern-based discovery, for the windows 2019 servers specially and some other windows/Linux servers below fields are getting empty by discovery itself:- CPU core count CPU count Disk space (GB) OS Domain description We checked the input XML payload and found that those are returning empty. Cause Insufficient User permission to pull the required details. Resolution For the Windows 2019 servers, if the server being discovered with the credential applied on the ServiceNow MID Server service? then the Pattern-based discovery for Windows patterns may not be able to populate all fields of the device. A workaround to resolve the fields not populating is to apply the same Windows Credential to both ServiceNow MID Server service and the ServiceNow WMI Collector service. This will pull all the data.

In case you are unable to see the service then kindly follow the steps mentioned in the " ServiceNow WMI Collector" service is not listed under Windows Services in MID Server host machine " document.
