CauseCheck in "sys_restricted_caller_access" table for read access on Script Include: "ResponseTemplateSearchHelper", it should be in "Allowed" status. ResolutionIf it is in "Requested" status, set it to "Allowed" so that this script include would work in Agent Workspace and bring Response Template related result. Result:
