MDM Issues for Android: there are no apps on this device that your organization allows to open this content


Description

When attempting to login to the ServiceNow instance via the Managed ServiceNow mobile application (intune), users are receiving the following error:

No Available Apps -  There are no apps on this device that your organization allows to open this content



Release or Environment

Android, Intune managed application

Cause

This can occur if the ServiceNow application has not been added to the Public Apps in the application protection policy within intune

Resolution

1) Within Intune, navigate to the app protection policy

2) Click Edit next to Apps

3) In the public apps section, add the appropriate ServiceNow mobile application (Agent, Now, Onboarding)
