Cannot set a benefit plan to have a duration of 12 periods or longerIssue When setting an Offset type to use Duration Periods, the system will automatically populate Fiscal Periods based on the Offset Type used. So, if the Offset Type is set to Start Date, then an Offset 'Duration in Periods' would calculate the End fiscal period. A Start fiscal period in January with an offset Duration in Periods of 4, would auto-populate End fiscal period with April (January(1), February(2), March(3), April(4)). If there are issues with you Fiscal Periods, you may see an error of 'Undefined', when entering a specific span of Duration in periods ReleaseLondon+CauseSince the client scripts on Benefit Plan query Fiscal Periods and populate those that apply, the Fiscal Periods must be correct (or rather, without validation error). If you are seeing issues when updating Duration in periods, navigate to your Fiscal Periods, and select the Validate Periods action. If you have any errors, inspect those Fiscal Periods. If you are unable to determine where the problem fiscal period is from Validating, assess the Fiscal Periods being used (or assumed) in your Benefit Plan. Make sure all of those Fiscal Periods exist, and that all of their data is correct. *Remember that it is not recommended to manually update Fiscal Periods, once they are generated.ResolutionInspecting Fiscal Periods System Definition > Fiscal PeriodsValidate Periods
