Description

Users need to click on link twice to get survey form on a mobile browser when SSO is enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login as admin.
2. Create an incident and set Caller to an SSO user.
3. Set the incident to resolve and proceed to close it.
4. The SSO user will get an email for the Customer Satisfaction Indicator Survey.
5. Click the Survey Link.
6. Login as the SSO user. The page is not redirected and the homepage of Mobile UI stays after logging in.
7. Click the Survey Link again. The page is redirected to the survey form.

Workaround

This problem is fixed in the next upcoming release. There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
