Error in On-boarding application when the E-signature type is either “Acknowledgement” or “Credential” only in Mobile app


Description

This only shows on the 'Onboarding application' app in Mobile when the E-signature type is either “Acknowledgement” or “Credential” (Error happens for both Admin and non-Admin) .
This does did not happen before upgrading to Orlando and is working as expected on the ESC portal.
Refer to the “Error message” attachment for reference.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create New Hire Onboarding case for a new hire and move to “Ready” state.
2. As the new hire login to the Onboarding application.
3. Open the “Fair Processing Notice Acknowledgement” task
4. Click on “Accept” button then “I Agree” button

Workaround

Workaround -

1. In Script Include "hr_CoreMobileUtils"

Replace from line 84 the below lines
var signature = eSignTaskUtil.getSignatureImage(table_name, sys_id);
var signatureSysId = null;
if (signature)
signatureSysId = signature.sys_id;

To

var signatureSysId = null;
if (esign_type == 'signature') {
var signature = eSignTaskUtil.getSignatureImage(table_name, sys_id);
if (signature)
signatureSysId = signature.sys_id;
}

2. Since the script include will be changed , few RCA records will be 'Invalidated' now.
So , Make sure to 'allow' RCA records after changing script include.
