ServiceNow Application Repository - Sharing application across multiple companies DescriptionServiceNow application repository does not allow sharing an application created by one company with other companies even with parent/sister companies. For example, lets say company A is parent of companies B, C and D. All the four companies have separate contracts with ServiceNow and system property 'glide.appcreator.company.code' is different for these companies. As per design of application repository, applications created on an instance of company B cannot be installed on instances of companies A, C and D using application repository. CauseThe design of application repository allows customers to manage applications and instances owned by their company only(contract). Also application repository does not honor parent – child company relationships as well.ResolutionTry to explain the customer about the design of application repository. If the customer insists on connecting companies, create a task to 'Dev-AppRepo' to connect the companies and enable sharing of applications across parent/sister companies using application repository. Even after connecting the companies, customer cannot see the applications or manage the entitlement of the applications for instances of connected company using AppRepo UI. Through AppRepo UI, customer has access to applications and instances of their company only.
