When scanning an activity stream page the details section does not link the parameters labels and values Description When scanning an activity stream page, the details section shows the labels and values of parameters unlinked.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start NVDA (or JAWS). 2. In Service Portal, open any incident. 3. Put NVDA (or JAWS) in scan mode. 4. Press the down arrow until you enter the parameter section. Note that as you navigate through, it shows , stating the label, , stating the value.
