Description Field is missing on the Demand form - Support and Troubleshooting

Description Field is missing on the Demand form Issue What prevents the Description field from showing on the Demand form?

Confirm if the Demand Description is getting copied across to the project.

Steps to reproduce:

Open or create a new demand Observe that there is no Description field.

Navigate to Demands > Open a demand record > Configure > Form Layout The Description column is missing

Cause On the Demand form, the description is the 'Name' field. The Label is Name

When a project is created from a Demand, the Project Name is populated with the Demand Name field value

Resolution Review the Dictionary for the Name field on a Demand form -------------- Dictionary Info: dmn_demand.short_description

Create a Demand Navigate to Related Links : Create Project Create Project Observe the Demand Name field value is copied to the Project Name
