New cases are automatically generated when the Request is created.DescriptionThe Customer service cases are being generated from requests in the instance.ResolutionThis is actually not an issue but an expected behaviour since the cases are created from OOB Business rules. Did a session debug to find out which BR is creating the cases and found there are 2 Business rule configured for this feature. 1. Business Rule: Create case for request. 2. Business rule: Create consumer case for request This business rule comes from plugin "Customer Service Request Integration"Many customers are reporting for this issue since the cases created are not their requirement. Since we cannot uninstall / deactivate / remove the plugin , we can simply deactivate these 'Business rules' in order to resolve the issue.
