Navigate to the clone request form.Complete the required fields for the clone request.Locate the Options section.Deselect Exclude Audit and Log Data.Submit the clone request. With Exclude Audit and Log Data deselected, audit records such as comments and work notes are included in the clone and will be present on the target instance after the clone completes.
